Village Allows Temporary Outdoor Dining for Restaurants

Governor Cuomo announced last week that Long Island can move to Phase 2 on June 10th. Under this Phase, restaurants and food establishments will be permitted to have outdoor dining (but are not yet open to the public for inside dining).

In recognition of the positive impact this may have on Village locations, the Village Board, through the issuance of an Executive Order by the Mayor, will permit temporary outdoor dining. A permit application for Temporary Outdoor Dining must be submitted to the Village and will require approval.

You may access a copy of the Permit Applications below.
